A regular inspection schedule is very important to understand what maintenance is required for your roof, some roofs don’t need maintenance for years while some require it more often, however the only way to tell is to inspect it !

At URB’n roofing we recommend that you inspect your roof twice a year. You can do a DIY inspection once or twice a year, but it’s a good idea to have your roof professionally inspected by a reputable roofing company as they will be able to spot things you may overlook and a quick repair job can save you money in the long run. If you have an older roof, you will need to have it inspected more regularly. If your roof is new, you may not need to have it inspected for five years unless you think it may have been damaged in a storm.
